Semi-Private Restaurant Section (20-30 Guests)

Includes a dedicated server. Best for business lunches, client meetings, and working meals that don’t need a boardroom but still feel professional.
Private Party Room (30-90 Guests)

Six 86″ HDTVs. Optional stage use and designated A/V team member assistance. Best for workshops and trainings, leadership dinners, company holiday parties, and larger client dinners.

What types of business events can I host at Hurrdat Sports Bar & Grill?
We host everything from team happy hours and off-site trainings to client appreciation meetings and business holiday parties. Whether you’re a small team or a large company, we have flexible business event spaces and packages to fit your event and budget.
How far in advance should we book our corporate event?
We recommend renting your corporate event venue at least one month in advance to secure your preferred space and date. For holiday parties or larger corporate gatherings, reaching out 3–6 months in advance is best.
Do you provide AV equipment for presentations or meetings?
Yes, our private party room and full restaurant spaces include HDTVs with HDMI ports, a private surround sound system, free Wi-Fi, and the La Vista location includes an optional stage. We also offer assistance from a dedicated A/V team member for a small fee to ensure your presentation or meeting runs smoothly.
Can we customize food and drink packages for our team?
Absolutely! We offer flexible food and beverage packages that can be tailored to your group’s preferences and budget. Choose from group appetizers, buffet options, plated meals, and open bar packages for your next company gathering.
Is there staff assigned to our business event?
You’ll work with our event manager one-on-one to prep for the event and during the gathering, you’ll also have dedicated servers and other staff. For larger groups (40+ guests), we’ll also provide a private bartender to keep the drinks flowing.
What happens if the weather changes and we booked an outdoor patio?
If the forecast turns, our events manager will reach out 48 hours in advance to discuss moving your event indoors—Nebraska weather is unpredictable, so we plan accordingly.
Can we decorate the space to match our company branding?
Yes, you’re welcome to decorate! We allow most decorations except confetti, glitter, feathers, or anything taped to the ceiling. You’re responsible for setup, but we’re happy to advise on layout.
What’s the cancellation policy for corporate events?
Cancel 14 days in advance for a full deposit refund. If canceled within five days, a 50% charge of the event menu invoice applies due to food prep commitments. You can reschedule within six months and transfer your deposit.
Do you offer help with music or entertainment?
Definitely. We can recommend local DJs and musicians who fit the vibe of your event. Reach out and we’ll help you find the right entertainment for your group.
What’s included in the cost of the company event space?
Each space has a food and beverage minimum based on day, time, and guest count. Prices include the food and drinks you order, plus local sales tax and a 20% gratuity. If you don’t hit the minimum, the remaining balance will be added to your tab.
Can I make a group reservation if I don’t need a private room?
Yes! For smaller team lunches or casual meetups (fewer than 20 people), we can set up a group reservation in our main dining area based on availability. Just email us with your preferred date, time, and guest count.
